A puzzling piece of footage from North Carolina shows an odd black orb cruising across the sky over the city of Charlotte. The strange scene was reportedly filmed by an unnamed witness who noticed the unusual object while standing on their outside deck late last Saturday afternoon. "It seemed to move at a stable speed in a very determined/controlled way," they observed, noting that the mystifying sphere, which appeared almost dull rather than shiny, "wasn't swayed by the wind" as it steadily moved through the sky until it was no longer visible to the witness.
