Colorado Springs weather: Snow, rain and strong winds all possible

This week in Colorado Springs the National Weather Service is predicting a rainy, windy, and cold start to the week before warming up by Thursday. The Weather Service is predicting a high of 40-42 degrees Monday through Wednesday with wind gusts up to 40 mph in some areas.
