Last year the Pandemic changed the way we do many things in our lives. Colorado Springs residents still came to the annual Festival of Lights parade but from a distance and in the car. This year the annual festival is back and bigger than ever with no Covid-19 restrictions. Make sure to be there early Saturday December 4th to take part in this festive holiday parade!
